Suzy and her husband moved to Littleton from Uganda with their three children. Suzy became a Spanish teacher after living in Paraguay, where she learned to really communicate in Spanish. This experience made the world more accessible and ignited a love of traveling and experiencing the diversity God has created. Suzy’s prayer for her students is that they will open themselves up to learning to communicate in a foreign language so that they can understand and reach the world for Christ and that they will grow in the process. One of her favorite Bible verses is Matthew 6:33: “But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.” This brings back into focus prioritizing the things of God so that life doesn’t get out of hand.
