Course Description:

The 7^th grade math curriculum takes many of the concepts learned at the 6^th grade level before introducing newer concepts later in the year.  The course will cover the following: integers, measurement, expressions, variables, problem solving decimals, rational numbers, ratios proportions, percent, inequalities, introductory geometry, coordinate graphing, area and volume.  Practical applications are made through various activities and chapter projects.
